Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS ground and USPS.  The charges for shipping are for ground delivery to one address within the contiguous USA. 

You will be notified via email that your order has been shipped and we will provide the corresponding tracking information.

Shipping rates: 

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska

Orders shipped to these locations will have additional shipping costs. We will contact you before your order ships with the additional charges. 

Shipping to Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO

Orders shipped to these locations will be sent via USPS. We will contact you before your order ships if additional charges will apply.

Shipping to Canada

Orders shipped to Canada will be sent via USPS. Additional charges will apply; we will contact you before your order ships with further details. Canadian customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs, and taxes.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of North America will be sent via USPS service. Additional charges will apply; we will contact you before your order ships with further details. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs, and taxes.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our showroom at 1 Cottage Street in Easthampton, MA.  Pickup orders, like shipped orders are still required to be fulfilled. Once they have been fulfilled customers will receive an email notification when their order is available for pickup. 

• During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup
• Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this will be a separate email from your order confirmation. 
• Once you have received your pickup email, bring your ID and order number to the store to pickup your items.

Please note, though selecting second-day or next-day shipping will shorten transit time, it will not affect the date the item leaves the Janna Ugone & Co. studio. 

When to Expect Your Order

Most orders ship in approximately three weeks from our studio*. Although we keep an inventory of our most popular items on hand there may be an occasional backorder. 

Home decor and furniture orders ship in approximately four to six weeks.

Ceramic shades and ceramic shaded lamps ship in approximately six to eight weeks.

If you need an item for a specific date please contact us directly at the studio or in the comments section when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

We will email you to notify you once the order has been shipped. This email will include a link to your tracking information.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge state sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts. Tax is not charged on shipping.
