A: All items purchased from Janna Ugone & Co., with the exception of special orders (this includes all ceramic shaded lighting), may be returned for full money back within 14 days of receipt.

A: Please repack the product in its original packaging materials, (unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to our studio). As a return shipper, you are responsible for the artwork damaged in return transit. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that these costs may be more than the original shipping charge. You will be credited for the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Please include a note stating the reason for the return and include your RA number that will be given to you when you call.
A: If you are returning an item because it was damaged upon receipt, please call or email our studio asap. Please keep all of the original packing materials.
A: You can expect a credit within 7 business days upon Janna Ugone & Co. receiving the returned item in perfect condition. You will be credited for the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered in any way. We will notify you of the status of your return by email or telephone. Please provide both.
